Post 100. saltwater

Rheas_material_for_livan-drea_map

I am writing you to say I will be away for a while.

I do not want you to worry or be wondering if I don't want to be close anymore. I have been summoned to forge ahead and with all my might I will go adelante [forward].

Please know that I will remember you fondly, I have been able to write freely about my pain [21] and all that I long for and this more than anything has been a gift.

You see, I must move into el futuro in order for all things to be in their proper order. Like it or not there is a particuliar design to pretty much everything. I sit here in astonishment and realize that I have so enjoyed writing you all these months, I feel a certain loss as I withdraw from you. I hope to return at an appointed time when I have accomplished what has been asked of me. Know that I go forward [adelante] with strength and strangely  I know I've been prepared for all that lies ahead.

I hope to in good time, to create the map of Livan-drea which has been weighing on me longer than you know. Alas Keira has been waiting, and with a dogged determined discernment, I have chosen to return to her first, then finish the mapping of Livan-drea second.

I know you will understand, since you also have also chosen this way, to take care of yourself, then tend to what you serve second.

My longings for you are like saltwater. It [saltwater] cannot be mixed with freshwater because saltwater belongs to the earth and it's essence and essential element is salt. Salt is good for taste, flavour and acts as a agent of preservation.

I hope with all my heart that before to long, I will once again be given the gift of time [chronos] so that I may express to you my longing; for a Livan-drea that shines like the sun lit day where it's inhabitants live in a unity that defies long felt angst and conflict.

In other words that discord and individuation will be of lessor import than a unified community, this Livan-drea, which is home to supernatural beings, half-breeds and common locals alike.

I, ever idealistic, hold up a 'vision of virtue'. It is not for me to fulfill, only to hold.
